Up To 1,111 HP From a Tri-Motor EV

Performance is arguably the most attention-grabbing part of the EXOBOT story.

At its highest specification, CEER says the tri-motor electric powertrain produces up to 1,111 hp and 1,500 Nm of torque. The electric sedan can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.1 seconds, while the SUV completes the same sprint in 2.4 seconds. Top speed is rated at 250 km/h for the sedan and 210 km/h for the SUV.

The system uses tri motor all wheel drive with continuous torque vectoring and an active chassis. The EXOBOT also features steer-by-wire, rear-wheel steering and adaptive dual-chamber air suspension. These technologies are intended to improve stability, manoeuvrability and ride control across different driving conditions.

For the currently listed First Edition, the official specifications are less extreme but still impressive. Both body styles use an 850 hp tri-motor setup with 1,000 Nm of torque. The sedan takes 2.6 seconds to reach 100 km/h, while the SUV takes 2.9 seconds.

112 kWh Battery and Up to 670 KM Range

Both EXOBOT models use a 112 kWh battery with an 800V electrical architecture.

The sedan is rated for up to 670 km of NEDC range, while the SUV is rated for up to 560 km. DC fast charging from 10 to 80 percent takes under 30 minutes, according to CEER.

As always, NEDC range figures should be viewed as test cycle estimates rather than a guarantee of real-world range. Driving speed, temperature, air conditioning use, terrain and traffic can all affect actual EV range.

The SUV also brings a variable ride height. CEER lists 280 mm of ground clearance in its standard specification and up to 300 mm with active air suspension, giving the electric SUV additional versatility for rougher roads and off-road conditions.

Built For Extreme Gulf Heat

The EXOBOT has been developed around a very specific regional challenge: heat.

CEER says its Halo Cooling system can reduce cabin temperature from 65°C to 32°C within 10 minutes in high heat conditions. The vehicles also feature triple silver-coated glass, heat-reducing foils, optimised roof airflow and separate front and rear air conditioning systems.

For buyers considering a premium EV in Saudi Arabia or other GCC markets, thermal management could be just as important as outright horsepower. Extreme temperatures can affect cabin comfort, battery performance and charging behaviour, so this regional focus is a significant part of the EXOBOT’s engineering story.

48 Inch 8K Digital Horizon Display

Inside, CEER has created a digital cockpit that looks more like a concept car than a conventional production vehicle.

The centrepiece is a 48-inch curved Digital Horizon display stretching across the dashboard with 8K resolution. It is joined by a 10.4-inch central control screen and an 8-inch rear occupant display.

Despite the heavy focus on digital technology, CEER has retained physical controls for essential functions such as gear selection, climate settings, and audio volume.

The technology package also includes 3D navigation, camera-based exterior mirrors, digital key functionality with smartwatch integration, and an Arabic and English voice assistant. The CEER app can also be used for functions such as charging monitoring, cabin pre-conditioning, and remote parking.

Over-the-air software updates are another major part of the EXOBOT experience. CEER says OTA updates can improve vehicle performance, introduce new functions, and update the overall user experience without requiring a workshop visit.

Advanced Driver Assistance And Safety Tech

The EXOBOT also enters the market with a broad suite of driver assistance technologies.

Depending on specification, the vehicles are designed to offer hands-free highway assistance, automated lane changes, highway navigation-based driving, and automated parking functions. Other safety systems include blind spot monitoring, adaptive cruise control, and rear cross-traffic assistance.

The SUV also gets highway and traffic jam assistance, memory-based parking, and emergency driver assistance systems.

Why The CEER EXOBOT Matters

The EXOBOT is more than a new electric sedan and SUV. It represents Saudi Arabia’s attempt to establish a locally developed and manufactured automotive industry.

CEER was established as a joint venture between Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund and Foxconn in 2022. The company is building its vehicles locally while working with international technology and engineering partners.

For the regional automotive market, the EXOBOT also highlights how quickly premium EV technology is advancing. Features such as 800V charging, steer-by-wire, rear wheel steering, large-format displays, and high-output tri-motor systems were once largely associated with expensive technology demonstrators. CEER is now bringing many of those ideas into a production vehicle.

The EXOBOT Sedan has a claimed NEDC range of up to 670 km, while the SUV is rated for up to 560 km.

How fast does the EXOBOT charge?

The 112 kWh battery can charge from 10 to 80 percent in under 30 minutes using DC fast charging, according to CEER.

When will the CEER EXOBOT go on sale?

Sales in Saudi Arabia are planned to begin in early 2027.

Final Thoughts

The CEER EXOBOT makes a striking entrance into the global EV conversation. Its combination of high-output electric performance, long NEDC range, 800V charging, advanced chassis technology, and a highly digital cabin gives it a very different identity from conventional luxury electric cars.

The bigger story, however, may be what comes next. EXOBOT is only the beginning of CEER’s planned seven-model lineup, making this Saudi-made electric sedan and SUV the first step in a much wider automotive programme.

With production scheduled to begin in Saudi Arabia and regional expansion planned, the EXOBOT will be one of the most closely watched new electric vehicles from the Middle East.
