Conventional Motorcycle Design

One of the most noticeable features of the Super Star Shark Electric is its conventional motorcycle styling.

The bike features a familiar frame, motorcycle-style seating position, and 17-inch alloy wheels. This gives it a more traditional riding experience than the step-through design found on many electric scooters in Pakistan.

That could make the Shark Electric appealing to customers searching for an electric motorcycle that feels closer to a conventional 70cc or 125cc bike.

As electric mobility continues to expand in Pakistan, manufacturers are introducing models in different formats. Some focus on lightweight electric scooters for city travel, while motorcycles such as the Shark Electric aim to attract riders who want the familiar proportions and road presence of a traditional bike.

Economy and Sport Riding Modes

The Shark Electric comes with two riding modes, Economy and Sport.

Economy mode is intended to help prioritize battery efficiency and everyday range, while Sport mode is designed to deliver a stronger riding response.

The bike also gets a reverse function, which can be useful when maneuvering the motorcycle in tight parking areas or confined spaces. Reverse functionality has become a practical feature on several modern EVs because electric motors can make controlled low-speed movement easier.

Digital Meter and Safety Features

Super Star has equipped the Shark Electric with a digital meter that provides important riding information.

The display includes details such as speed, battery charging status, and gear position, giving riders a clear view of the bike’s operating condition.

Braking hardware includes disc brakes at both the front and rear. The 17-inch alloy wheels also give the motorcycle a familiar setup for riders accustomed to conventional bikes.

For buyers considering an EV bike in Pakistan, equipment such as braking hardware, battery capacity, and after-sales support can be just as important as the headline range figure.

Charging and Warranty

The Super Star Shark Electric comes with an 8-ampere charger.

Warranty coverage is listed at three years or 18,000 km, whichever comes first. This is an important consideration for buyers entering the electric motorcycle market because long term ownership costs depend not only on electricity consumption, but also on battery durability, replacement costs, and availability of spare parts.

For an electric bike, battery support and after-sales service can have a major impact on ownership experience. Buyers should therefore confirm warranty terms, battery coverage and service availability before making a purchase.

Shark Electric vs Petrol Bikes

The arrival of the Shark Electric adds another option for customers comparing electric bikes with traditional petrol motorcycles.

The biggest potential advantages of an EV bike include lower day-to-day energy costs, quiet operation and reduced tailpipe emissions. On the other hand, petrol motorcycles continue to offer established refueling infrastructure and a wide network of workshops and spare parts.

For urban riders who have predictable daily routes and access to convenient charging, the Shark Electric could offer a different ownership proposition.

Its conventional motorcycle design also means buyers do not have to move directly to a scooter-style electric vehicle when exploring electric mobility.

Where Does the Shark Electric Fit in Pakistan?

With a price range of Rs. 290,000 to Rs. 325,000, the Super Star Shark Electric enters a competitive segment of Pakistan’s electric two-wheeler market.

Its combination of a 2,000W motor, LiFePO4 battery, 17-inch alloy wheels, dual riding modes, and motorcycle-style design gives it a distinct position among electric commuters.

The 72V 40Ah version is particularly focused on buyers who place greater importance on range, while the 72V 30Ah version provides a lower entry price.

The bigger question will be how the advertised range and performance translate into everyday Pakistani riding conditions. Traffic, rider weight, road quality, riding style and frequent acceleration can all influence real-world battery performance.

As more electric motorcycles enter the market, factors such as battery life, charging convenience, spare parts availability, and after-sales support are likely to become increasingly important for buyers.
